Lead Financial Clearance Surgical Coordinator

Compensation for this position ranges between $30 - 40 depending on experience. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the financial clearance team to ensure timely processing of insurance authorizations, eligibility verification, and pre-certifications for surgical cases.
• Collaborate with surgical teams, patient care concierge team, insurance companies, and patients to resolve financial issues and ensure proper coverage for surgical procedures.
• Serve as the point of contact for escalated issues related to financial clearance, insurance approvals, and patient concerns.
• Analyze and track financial clearance metrics, ensuring all surgical cases are processed efficiently and accurately.
• Develop and maintain relationships with insurance representatives and external vendors to ensure seamless workflows.
• Provide training and guidance to team members on financial policies, procedures, and insurance protocols.
• Monitor changes in insurance policies and regulatory guidelines to ensure compliance and minimize financial risks.
