How you’ll serve our patients

We are seeking a Patient Engagement Representative with a background in sales for our outbound team; this candidate is an empathetic individual who deeply cares about the lives of our patients and makes a lasting impression. Here at New York Bariatric Group we go the extra mile for our patients to ensure they enjoy the experience with our practice.


As a Patient Engagement Representative for the New York Bariatric Group, you will be responsible for reaching out to patients that have either booked an appointment and did not make it to the initial consultation, or past patients that need a follow-up appointment. You will have excellent communications skills, positive personality, human relations skills, multitasking, self-motivated, ability to work independently, ability to work with a team, professional image, respect diversity, flexibility, honesty and caring attitude towards people.

Compensation for this position is $22.00- $24.00 per hour based upon experience.

Responsibilities

• Make on average of 80-100 calls per day to patients on our re-engagement Campaign
• Text and e-mail
• Scheduling appointments, procedures, and testing
• EMR (Electronic Medical Record) data entry
• General administrative duties

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years customer service experience
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong computer skills
• Sales background
