How you'll serve our patients:
The Plastic Surgery Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides clinical care, patient education, and support throughout the continuum of cosmetic and reconstructive procedures. Working in collaboration with the surgeons and the multidisciplinary team, the LPN delivers comprehensive care with a focus on safety, quality outcomes, and exceptional patient experience. The LPN serves as a liaison between patients & staff—promoting a unified, patient-centered environment aligned with the organization’s mission and standards of excellence.

Compensation is $28.00 - $36.00 per hour based on experience.

Education, Licensure or Certification: |
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in nursing or healthcare administration · CPR certification · BLS certification · LPN with an active license in the appropriate state (required) |
Work Experience or Related Experience: |
· Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a surgical or specialty outpatient setting preferred; aesthetics or plastic surgery experience a plus. · Minimum of 1 year of clinical practice as an Esthetician prior to or in addition to LPN experience is preferred |
Specialized Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: |
· Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. · Comfortable using electronic health records (EHR) and managing digital communications. · Professional, empathetic, and patient-focused demeanor. |
